New Thai House Inspection and Building Plans

 

Well everything went through with the house purchase, so here we are straddling two properties while this one sells. We aren't really spending any real time over there yet as it gets a final polishing and possibly some AC installation for now. The development's team was going through with a fine-toothed comb when we arrived...very pleased with how thorough they were all being. Electrical, paint, windows, plumbing...they were checking it all. Our next step will be going through renovation plans with our builder, and they came over for a more detailed walkthrough today while the inspection was going on - so that this way they have an idea of what we actually want, as opposed to just having the basic home layout before. Come along, it might be fun. It also might be a headache or two...
